The term "Online Sales Contract" refers to the contract of sale relating to tangible movable goods sold by SBC Performance LLC, entered into between the Company and the Buyer within the framework of a distance selling system through electronic means, organized by the Supplier.
The term "Buyer" refers to the consumer, a natural person who makes the purchase for purposes not related to commercial or professional activity.

Buyer: Expressly declares that the purchase is made for purposes not related to commercial or professional activity and undertakes not to resell the products purchased.
SBC Performance LLC sells and the Buyer purchases tangible movable goods indicated and offered on outlet-discount-shop.com. The contract is concluded exclusively via the internet, through the submission of the order form completed online.
Upon receipt of the order, SBC Performance LLC will send a confirmation email or display a printable web page summarizing the order. The contract becomes binding upon confirmation of the order by SBC Performance LLC.

Refunds, if due, will be processed within 30 days from the notification of the right to a refund, using the same payment method originally used by the Buyer.
Products will be delivered through partnered courier services with special packaging. Delivery times vary from a minimum of 1 working day to a maximum of 40 working days. Any delays will be communicated via email.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. For EU countries, standard delivery is within 2-5 working days. For non-EU countries, delivery may take 7-14 working days.
Delivery is made without additional costs beyond those indicated during the order process. For countries outside the European Union, any local taxes or customs duties will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
Standard shipping within the EU is free for orders over €50. For orders under €50, a shipping fee of €4.99 applies.

The Buyer must demonstrate the defect, the damage, and the causal link between them. SBC Performance LLC is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure, improper use of products, or fraud with payment cards.

The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by sending an email to support@outlet-discount-shop.com.
Products must be returned intact in their original packaging, including a copy of the purchase receipt or invoice. The Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method originally used by the Buyer.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods, personalized items, sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened, or digital content.
The Buyer may request product replacement within 14 days of arrival by sending an email to support@outlet-discount-shop.com.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the Buyer. SBC Performance LLC may require photographic evidence before authorizing the exchange.
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products. Size or color exchanges may be subject to availability.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
For consumer contracts, nothing in this clause affects the Buyer's statutory rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
